Starting from May 6, 2024, if a payment is mistakenly made to the wrong Celcom Postpaid account, we will no longer issue refunds. Instead, we will transfer the funds to the correct account number provided by the customer.

We wish to inform you that starting from 1st February 2024, all water bills in Peninsular Malaysia will include an (ICPT) charge.
What is the impact?
With the introduction of the ICPT charges, part of your payment will be allocated specifically to these charges.
For example, if your payment for the water bill is RM50, you will notice RM41.48 is allocated towards the actual water services, with the remaining RM8.52 earmarked for the ICPT charges.
