[NEW FEATURE] Introducing Case History Tracking!
A couple of weeks back, we introduced a new feature allowing you to Report an Issue or Request for Refund.

Now, we're proud to announce an additional feature that allows you to Track All Case History. With this new feature, you will be able to track all the cases regardless of who initiated the request. That means you can also monitor cases that your colleagues have raised, as long as you are in the same organization. Here's a quick overview of the status categories:
You can easily see all your cases by going to dashboard.iimmpact.com > Case History .
Cases are categorized as below:
Submitted: New cases that are yet to be addressed.
In progress: Cases currently being worked on.
Waiting for you: Awaiting additional information from you.
Resolved: Cases successfully addressed and resolved.
* Please note that newly submitted cases may take some time to be shown and reflected on the portal.
