Your Low Balance Alerts Just Got an Upgrade

You can now get a heads-up based on how long your wallet balance may last, alongside your existing RM-based alert. This makes it easier to plan your next top-up.

What’s New?

• Estimated depletion date: See when your wallet may run out based on recent spending.

• Flexible advance warnings: Choose your lead time in days or hours. Use a quick selection or enter your own, such as 10 days.

• Email and WhatsApp alerts: Use your existing Low Balance Alert recipients and notification preferences.

For example: “Notify me when my wallet is estimated to run out within 7 days.”

Get Started

1. Open Alerts & Notifications in the IIMMPACT Dashboard.

2. Enable “My wallet is estimated to run out within”

3. Enter your preferred lead time and select days or hours.

4. Click Save Changes.

The new alert is optional. Estimates are based on recent spending and may change as your balance and usage change.
