We've added several new features to your IIMMPACT Dashboard over the past few months. Here's a quick overview of what's available — some of these may be new to you.
What's New?
Mobile-Friendly Dashboard
Your dashboard now works seamlessly on your phone. Whether you're checking balances, making purchases, or reviewing transactions — you can do it all on the go, right from your mobile browser. No app needed.
Favourite Products
You can now save up to 10 favourite products in the Digital Marketplace for quick access. No more scrolling through the full catalog every time — your most-used products are just one tap away.
Team Members
Manage your team directly from the dashboard. Invite members by phone number, assign roles (Admin or Viewer), and control who has access to what. No more back-and-forth with support to add someone to your account.
API Keys (Admin only)
Generate, rotate, and revoke your API keys directly from the dashboard. You can also toggle whether an API key is required for topup operations. This means you no longer need to create a separate account just for API usage — manage everything from your main account.
IP Allowlist (Admin only)
Control which servers can connect to your API. If you're integrating with our API, you can restrict access so that only your approved servers are allowed to make requests — adding an extra layer of security to your account.
Webhooks
Configure your transaction webhook URL to receive real-time status updates. We've also added Webhook Delivery Logs so you can see exactly what was sent, when, and whether it was delivered successfully. No more guessing if your webhook is working.
Alerts & Notifications
Set a low balance threshold so you never run dry unexpectedly. You can also manage your team's notification preferences — choose who gets alerted via email or WhatsApp for low balance, balance top-ups, and webhook events.
Announcement Subscribers
Choose who on your team receives IIMMPACT announcements. Add email addresses, label them by type (Tech, Business, or All), and manage the list anytime. This way, the right people stay informed — whether it's API changes or product updates.
E-Invoice
View your monthly e-invoices submitted to LHDN, organized by year and month. You can validate any invoice directly on the LHDN portal with one click.
Audit Log
Every action on your account is now tracked. Filter by date range or action type to see who did what and when — useful for compliance and keeping your house in order.

- Digital Marketplace — Purchase reloads, bill payments, data plans, game credits, and e-wallets all in one place
- Transactions — Full transaction history with search, filters, and status breakdowns. You can also report issues and request refunds directly from this page.
- Reports — Monthly transaction summaries and balance statements, downloadable in CSV, XLSX, and PDF. Learn more
- Service Status — Real-time view of any product service interruptions
- API Documentation — Full API docs in your dashboard, or visit docs.iimmpact.com directly
- Case History — Access your support tickets via the support portal
